Automate the work. Then let AI run it.

Two things for small and medium businesses: we automate the work your team repeats, and we build the AI system that runs it, starting from how you already work. In plain terms: the admin runs itself, your systems finally talk to each other, and your numbers are current when you look at them.

Common challenges

The work that repeats is the work that costs you.

Small businesses rarely lose money on one big disaster. They lose it fifteen minutes at a time. It usually shows up in three ways.

The same work, every week

Re-entering the same information, checking the same list, chasing the same people. It does not matter where the work lives. If the steps repeat, you are paying a person to be the thing that moves it along.

The real cost: skilled people doing repeat work

Answers that live in one head

How it gets done is known by one person and written down nowhere. When they are on leave or gone, the work stops or gets done wrong.

The real cost: a business that cannot run without you

No clear view of where things stand

You cannot see the state of the work without asking someone to find out. By the time the answer comes back, it has already changed.

The real cost: decisions made late, on old information
What we do

Two things. Done properly.

We are deliberately narrow. Not a general IT company, and we do not take on everything.

Niche 01

Business process automation

We map a process as it runs today, then take the repeated steps off your team. The work still gets done. It just stops needing a person to carry it from one stage to the next.

In plain EnglishThe job happens on its own. A person only steps in when something is genuinely unusual.
  • Intake, approval, hand-off and follow-up that move themselves
  • Information captured once, then reused wherever it is needed
  • Documents read, checked and filed automatically
  • Alerts when something needs a human decision

Best when you can name a task and say how often it happens.

Niche 02

AI operating systems

A private AI layer that runs the day to day. It answers from your own information, drafts the work your team writes over and over, routes what comes in, and shows you where everything stands.

In plain EnglishOne place your team goes to ask, and one place you look to see how the business is doing.
  • A private assistant that knows your documents, history and rules
  • Incoming requests read, sorted and routed
  • Repetitive writing drafted, ready for a human to approve
  • A live view of the business, kept current on its own

Best when the knowledge exists but is stuck in people, files and threads.

Most start with the first and grow into the second. Automation is the quick, measurable win. The operating system is what you grow into once the obvious work is already handled.

Our approach

We start with how you actually work.

We make no assumptions about what you use. The first job is to map the process as it genuinely runs, not as a manual says it should.

Some businesses run on dedicated software. Some run on an inbox, a chat group, a paper file or one person's memory. None of that changes the first step.

What matters is whether the work repeats and whether the rules can be written down. Where a system already holds your information, we connect to it. Where nothing does, we build the missing piece.

You will not be told to throw out what you have and start again. That advice is easy to give, expensive to follow, and usually wrong for a business your size.

How it works

Three steps. Very little of your time.

You carry on running the business. We come back when there is something worth showing you.

STEP 01
1

The audit

One free 30-minute call. We map where the time goes and name the one or two processes worth doing first. You keep that map whether you work with us or not.

Free. No obligation, no sales script.
STEP 02
2

The build

Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before anything starts. We build in the background, typically two to six weeks, with no meetings for you to sit through.

You approve the scope before we begin.
STEP 03
3

It runs

We hand it over with documentation and show your team how it works. What we build belongs to you, and the process is written down rather than living in someone's head.

Handover, documentation and ongoing support.
Who this is for

We would rather be right for you than busy.

Being narrow means saying no to good work that is not ours to do. Easier if you know upfront.

A good fit

  • Small and medium businesses, roughly five to two hundred people
  • A process that repeats and that somebody can describe out loud
  • An owner or manager who can make the call without a committee
  • Willing to change how the work is done, not just add more software on top
  • Looking for something that still works in a year, not a quick patch

Probably not us

  • "Add AI somewhere" with no process underneath it
  • A one-off script with nobody to own it afterwards
  • Shopping purely on price for the cheapest possible quote
  • Needing the whole thing designed, built and live by next week
  • General IT support, hardware, networks or desktop help
Questions

The things people ask first.

Which of the two do we need?

Most start with automation, because the win is quick and easy to measure. The AI operating system makes sense once the obvious repeat work is handled. You do not have to decide beforehand, that is what the audit is for.

What if we do not use any special software?

That is normal and not a problem. Plenty of businesses run on an inbox, a chat group or a paper file. We map how it actually runs first, then decide what to connect and what to build. Nothing here assumes you already have a particular system.

Do we have to replace what we already use?

No. Where a system already works well enough, we connect to it and leave it alone. We only build something new where there is genuinely nothing there. Ripping everything out is expensive advice and rarely the right call at this size.

What does it cost?

A fixed price per build, quoted once the audit tells us the scope. No retainer just to find out what something costs, and the price does not move unless you change what you want built.

How long does it take?

Two to six weeks from agreed scope to live, depending on how many steps are involved. Anything likely to run longer gets said upfront, before you commit.

Who owns what you build, and what happens after?

You do. It is handed over with documentation and your team is shown how it works, so the knowledge sits in your business rather than with us. We stay reachable, but you are not locked in.

Is our information safe?

Anything you share is confidential and never passed to anyone else. AI systems are set up to work against your own information privately, and anything carrying real risk keeps a human approval step by design.
